ผมรับทำเว็บด้วย WordPress ให้กับคนนึงครับ แต่เขาใช้งานที่ต่างประเทศไม่ได้

เว็บนี้พอใช้ในไทยไม่เกิดปัญหาอะไรครับ แต่พอใช้งานที่ต่างประเทศจะ Login เข้าไม่ได้ หรือพอหาทางแก้ให้ Login เข้าได้ผ่านการใส่โค้ดที่ .htaccess (อ่านวิธีแก้จาก WordPress.org) แต่พอจะไป Edit บทความต่างๆ ก็ทำไม่ได้มันจะขึ้นว่า

You don’t have permission to access /wp-login.php on this server.

ไม่ทราบเกิดจากอะไรครับ และมีวิธีแก้ไหม
